CHECKLIST FOR RCV+ITEMS ESTIMATES

If you need an RCV+Items estimate, please answer the following questions in a CRM Note. Then, please task Vicki to create an RCV+Items estimate.
1) What is the most recently approved RCV $ amount that the Estimator should use?
2) What additional item(s) should be included in the estimate (e.g., sheathing, additional layers)?
3) Is there anything else that the Estimator should know (e.g., do not include O&P, attach permit, etc)?
 

Example CRM notes for an RCV+Items estimate:

 

1) Please create an estimate for an approved RCV amount of $9,778.73 

2) Add 30 4x8 sheets of sheathing

3) Please do NOT include O&P, it was already denied.

1) Approved RCV amount = $26,981.38 

2) There were 3 layers total, but need to estimate for 2 additional layers. Please supplement for 2 additional layers

3) Please attach the photos saved in the Additional Layers folder in GD.
