Attendance Policy



Objective:

To create a habit of being available and on time, ensuring smooth team coordination and productivity.


Policy Guidelines:

  1. Regularly Update Availability Calendar

    1. All team members must consistently update their availability calendar to reflect their working schedule, OFF, and any schedule changes. This ensures transparency across CSP.


  1. Join the Morning Huddle

    1. Attendance at the daily morning huddle is mandatory. This meeting sets the tone for the day, aligns priorities, and fosters team communication.

    2. Always check if you are the “huddle leader” for the day.


  1. Be On Time

    1. Punctuality is a core value. All team members are expected to be on time for meetings, huddles, and work hours.


  1. Always Be Available on Zoom

    1. During working hours, team members must be available on Zoom unless on a break or attending to an urgent matter. This ensures accessibility for collaboration and quick decision-making.
