As part of the Deal Creation process, the Admin/AM should check to see if it's an ACV-only policy.
*One way to tell is if there are <carrots> (rather than parentheses) around the depreciation amounts.
If no carrots: Please proceed as usual with the claim.
If there are carrots (or something indicating that depreciation is non-recoverable): Please check Jet Stream to see if there's a message that it's an ACV-only policy.
==========
If there is a Jet Stream stating that it's an ACV policy:
*Please enter the claim, but do NOT create an E-List
Deal Owner = Vicki
Service = FI-Only
Task for Vicki (due in 1 week): FI-Only (ACV policy)
Copy & paste any Jet Streams (about the claim being ACV-only) into the CRM Notes
Please upload any documents in the usual place in GD.
==========
If there is NOT a Jet Stream stating that it's an ACV policy:
*SENIOR AMs: Please write a Jet Stream to Chris Owens & the Sales Rep: "Hi Chris and XX! We saw items with non-recoverable depreciation in the estimate and wanted to confirm that we will not supplement this claim. If you would like us to supplement it, please let us know! Otherwise, we will close it and submit the FI after post-production. Thank you! [Name] [Phone number]"
*JUNIOR AMs: Please create a task for Vicki to let me know, and I will confirm
*Continue entering the claim into our systems, but do NOT create an E-List
*Create a task for yourself (due in 2 business days): Check CC for response re: ACV claim
THEN, 1 of 3 things may happen:
Outcome #1: If GGR responds that it's an ACV-only claim, please do the following:
Deal Owner = Vicki
Service = FI-Only
Task for Vicki (due in 2 weeks): FI-Only (ACV policy)
Copy & paste any Jet Streams into the CRM Notes
Outcome #2: If GGR says to continue with supplements: Please proceed as usual, and copy/paste their Jet Stream into the CRM Notes
Outcome #3: If GGR doesn't respond within 5 business days: Please task Vicki to let her know
