Since Zoho Workdrive only allows video playback via their web player for files under 1GB, we've had to download larger files to view them. Gabby found a free video editor, which Louie tested, and it provides the solution we need for now. This workaround should help us view videos seamlessly while we wait for Zoho to address this limitation in a future update.

These instructions are specifically for Windows-based computers, as Louie's computer runs on Windows.

Once you have recorded your video and noticed that its size is more than 1GB, you can utilize CapCut to resize it. 

Step by Step Guide:

  1. Open the CapCut app and click the "Create project" button.

  2. Import your video file.


  1. Drag down the video below so you can start editing as needed.


  1. Once you’re done, you click on the “Export” button.


  1. A pop-up will show you the settings once you click the “Export” button. You can choose the appropriate resolution, and CapCut will show the possible size outcome. 

    1. Based on Louie’s Tests: lower resolution means lower file size, but note that it might compromise the quality of the video but not the audio. Additionally, the “Size” outcome is usually lower than stated.
