1.3 Doing siding: Are all 4 elevations approved? 
1.4 Doing Interior (not attic): In SOL? Are photos/room dimensions present?
2.1 Correct measurement report (roof and/or siding) is present? 
3.1 Correct photos are present? 
3.2 Skylights (if any photos) look undamaged? 
4.1 (GGR, Phoenix, and Proliance) Work order included?
